Herman Goldman Center

Opened in 1993, the HermanGoldmanCenter is recognized as one of the premier athletic facilities in the metropolitan area. The GoldmanCenter is home to the CCNY Men’s and Women’s Soccer, and Men’s and Women’s Track & Field teams.  Located on CCNY’s south campus, the facility has been host to the CUNYAC Soccer Tournament and the PSAL Track & Field Championships. The facility includes a full size artificial surface playing field, and an eight lane 400 meter track. The seating capacity at the Center is 1,500.

CUNYAC Player of the Week (10/10/07)

Garo had a monster seven-match week in helping CCNY to run its winning streak to eight matches. On the week, all three-game sweeps by the Beavers, Garo averaged 6.05 kills per game and hit .412, while also averaging 1.05 aces and 1.95 digs per game. She hit .808 (22-1-26) against King’s College at Ramapo’s Tournament, finishing one dig and two aces shy of a triple-double in the process. Garo also registered a double-double (25 k, 12 d) in a non-conference match against CUNYAC foe Baruch.
