Bronx, NY - The CCNY Men’s Basketball team traveled to Mitchell College on Tuesday night and defeated the Pequots 75-62. The Beavers are now 4-18 overall and 2-8 in CUNYAC.
Senior guard, Taleek Norman (Bronx, NY) tabbed game high 28 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. While teammate, Felix Navarro (New York, NY) added 13 points.
CCNY went 27-53, shooting 50.94 percent for the game.
The Beavers return to action on Friday, February 1 as they host Baruch College at the Nat Holman Gymnasium at 7:30 p.m.

Taiwo Alabi posted a pair of 1-0, 11-save shutouts for CCNY in CUNYAC play last week. Alabi's play as the last line of defense helped the Beavers, winners of three straight, to a pair of 1-0 victories in CUNYAC competition. He made 11 saves in earning his first clean sheet of the season against John Jay (Sept. 17), before matching those totals three days later against Staten Island
