 Anika Rivera Women's Basketball CUNYAC Rookie of the Week (12/10/07) Rivera averaged 21 points, 4.3 rebounds and 5.0 assists per contest last week for the Beavers, helping them to a 2-0 start in CUNYAC play. She was 10-for-20 from the field in filling the stat sheet with 25 points, 13 steals, seven rebounds and six assists in the conference opener against Hunter, before adding 10 points and seven assists against City Tech. Rivera (13.6 ppg in 2007-08) later scored a career-high 28 points and swiped seven steals in non-conference play versus Centenary (N.J.). |
