The City College Architecture Center (CCAC),

undefinedMontefiore Park and Plaza

Partnering with HHH and Harlem CDC, CCAC was asked to re-envision Montefiore Park at Broadway and 137th Street as a Public Plaza.  Applying for a grant from the NYC Department of Transportation (DOT), we propose closing off Hamilton Place, which will make a place for festivals and farmers markets along bustling Broadway.
