Bradhurst_Plan2008 Bradhurst Plan

Commissioned by HCCI, the Bradhurst neighborhood, transformed since the 1980s by renovation and rehabilitation of housing stock, is revisited. The commercial corridors and the quality of public space in the community is analyzed. Recommendations include an east-side Harlem gateway at 145th Street, and activation of the underside of the 155th Street Viaduct, a potential public civic space.
