Stanley Moses, Ph.D.
Professor Moses is Professor and Chair of the Department of Urban Affairs and Planning at Hunter College. He is a policy analyst with expertise in employment, educational issues and economic development. He has had advisory roles in federal, state and local agencies, including the U.S. House of Representative's Committee on Education and Labor, the New York State Assembly Subcommittee on State and Local Economics and the East Harlem Community Corporation. He recently authored The Elusive Quest: The Struggle for Educational Opportunity, which deals with educational finance and Enduring Visions: The Legacy of Bertram Gross.
