New York Harbor Estuary Watershed Study (2003-2006)
CIUS is conducting research to develop a watershed strategy for the Hudson Raritan estuary, and to examine whether the current categorical approaches to clear water investments in NY Harbor could provide greater environmental improvement at less cost and with increased social and other secondary benefits.
