Multilateral Diplomacy and International Organizations
This initiative focuses on the United Nations as a vehicle for multilateral foreign policymaking. Yale University has joined with City College in a five-year project to organize and publish the official papers of outgoing UN Secretary General Kofi Annan, making these documents widely available through new digital search techniques. An associated research program, undertaken in cooperation with the Best Practices unit of the UN Security Council, evaluates the social and economic impact of UN Peacekeeping Forces.
