My integrated research program includes three interconnected areas detailed below, the last of which represents my principal current research focus:
Taxonomic and phylogenetic studies
Evolution of insular faunas
Modeling species' distributions using geographic information systems (GIS)
Description of Research:His current research program centers on developing GIS-based methods of modeling species’ geographic ranges using occurrence records and environmental data.
