The Bursar is responsible for the distribution of CUNY financial aid checks, CCNY refund checks, and NYS and CCNY payroll checks.

• CUNY financial aid is direct deposited or mailed by CUNY every 2 weeks.
• CCNY refund checks are issued 3 weeks after the beginning of the semester and are printed every 2 weeks thereafter; they can be picked up on Thursdays, and are mailed to students on Fridays.
• NYS payroll checks are direct deposited by NYS every 2 weeks, or are available for pickup at the Bursar’s office at 4:30pm on the eve of the pay date, and for 30 days thereafter.
• CCNY paychecks are available for pickup at the Bursar’s office on the 1st Friday after the 15th of each month for hourly appointees, and on the last day of the month for full-time appointees.
