Registering for Services
While students can request accommodations at any time, it is best to contact AAC as early as possible as some accommodations and services take time to implement. AccessAbility counselors are available to meet with students as a part of the college decision process. Once students are admitted to the City College of New York, they can begin the process of requesting accommodations.

Schedule an appointment with an AAC counselor by calling AAC at (212) 650-5913 or by emailing sds@ccny.cuny.edu.

Obtain disability documentation and bring it to your appointment.

Complete a Registration Form.

Meet with an AAC counselor who will assist you in determining appropriate accommodations and services.
If you are not sure whether you qualify for services or if you don't have documentation, please schedule an appointment with an AAC counselor to discuss your needs.
