	PSC/CUNY Contract 2002-2007 Collective Bargaining Agreement PSC-CUNY Collective Bargaining Agreement Implementation Memo Department Chairs The annual evaluation of Department Chairs is governed by the October 5, 2000, memo from Vice Chancellor Brenda Richardson Malone. Summer salaries for Department Chairs are governed by Article 24.4 of the PSC/CUNY collective bargaining agreement. The City College has developed guidelines for workload and released-time related to various activities at the College. These guidelines are superseded by the Collective Bargaining Agreement and can be changed in the best interest of the College.
