AQUATICS
Those unaccustomed to exercise are advised to consult a physician before taking fitness courses. Swimsuits and bathing caps are required; also bring a towel and a lock. Please arrive ten (10) minutes before each class begins.
Swimming Instruction for Adults - Intermediate (Co-ed)
This class is for swimmers who know the fundamentals of swimming, and want to take their swimming techniques to the next level. Students will learn to improve their free style and backstroke, as well as the breaststroke, butterfly, and basic flip turns. Students will have the opportunity to improve their swimming skills in a encouraging environment.

Swimming Instruction for Children - Beginning (9-12 Years of Age)
This class is for children who are 9 to 12 years of age, and are absolute beginners. We will start with the fundamentals; students will learn the basic swimming strokes as well as how to float and simply enjoy being in the water.

Jive, Swing, and More
Do you want to learn to dance or perfect your moves? Do you want to be a "show stopper" at the party? If you answered yes - then this is the course for you! Learn the Jive, Swing, Lindy Hop, Jitterbug and Charleston in six weeks and dazzle friends with your moves! The class will be taught by established choreographer and artistic director of many popular dance companies, the incomparable, Clyde Wilder.

Who says healthy food can't taste good? This workshop will teach participants how to prepare how to prepare quick, easy, and healthy recipes that boost your immune system, cleanse and detoxify your body, deliver energy and stamina, and are still full of flavor.
Luanne Pennesi, who has a Master's degree in Natural Health and is a registered nurse practicing for 35 years in both conventional and integrative medicine, shares information that motivates people to take back their personal power and lead happier, more productive lives at ANY age. Luanne personally lives the healthy, positive, adventurous life that she prescribes for others. She has successfully reversed a number of illnesses through healthy eating.
In 2010, she created a 10 CD set called Optimum Athletic Performance: A Natural Approach with health and nutrition expert, Gary Null.

Meditation
This course is designed for both beginners who have never meditated, and experienced meditaters looking to deepen and expand their skills. It will provide grounded, practical training and "higher learning" in the meditation arts and sciences. This course prepares students to be proficient in guiding themselves through the organic meditation process and teach effective and relevant mediation techniques for holistically managing and mastering mind-body-spirit, as well as the challenges and stresses of everyday life. Although , this course is taught as a series, each class is self contained.

Tai Chi, For Health and Self Defense
Many people are not aware of the internal health benefits of the slow moving meditative dance known as Tai Chi. Even fewer understand the powerful self-defense techniques that are hidden in the moving art of Tai Chi, especially for seniors and females. Tai Chi is becoming the exercise of choice for stress management and health and personal development for men and women over 50 years of age.
This four-week workshop is taught by Grandmaster Abdul Musawwir, one of the leading internal martial arts instructors on the East Coast.

TAOISM: A Survival Tool for the 21st Century
Taoism is an ancient philosophy that still has tremendous influence in today's world. More people are utilizing Taoist strategies in the areas of health, business, organizational development and management of relationships. The four-week course will explore how Taoist classics, like the Art of War and the I Ching, can be used to create personal and organizational growth.
This course will also teach how Taoist energy movement treatment and training techniques such as Tai Chi, Acupuncture, and Ki treatments can relieve stress and
