     The English Language Institute offers Practical English, TOEFL, and Master Speaking Courses which include classes from Fundamentals to Level 5.  Each level requires 18 hours of class-time per week.  This five-level program, developed with the needs of our students in mind, incorporates practical conversation, reading, writing, grammar, and pronunciation at every level.

The English Language Institute:  

  • Is authorized to issue I-20's by the United States

  • Offers a flexible schedule of classes that meet F-1 Visa criteria

  • Gives assistance with transferring from another school

  • Helps with changing your Visa status to F-1 (Student Visa)

  • Has courses taught by experienced ESL and TOEFL Instructors

  • Can custom design an ESL or TOEFL program for you at any time

  • Provides information about USA Immigration regulations and orientation programs

  • Offers cultural and social events designed to introduce you to the particular culture of City College and American culture in general

Total Cost of Course:  $2,700 for F-1 Students, $1,800 for Residents

Summer Session
June 11 - July 13, 2012

* Course sessions are given on a continuous basis, you may start any Monday.

* To complete a course you must attend 15 weeks of classes for a total of 270 hours.
