31 Million in research and grants — The City College Grove School of Engineering is in the top 10% of research institutions in the United States. Below you will find information about the research our centers and faculty are currently working on. These faculty members are an integral part of the undergraduate teaching team. The grant agencies include

These internationally known research centers are all active within the City College of New York's Grove School of Engineering. The researchers come from our faculty ranks as well as individuals who come to the GSOE for the purpose of research. The international collaboration within these groups enriches the the GSOE with the latest in technological and theoretical research.

As a result of a restructuring of doctoral-level education by the City University of New York, The Grove School was authorized in 2008 to grant the Ph.D. degree. This feature impacts everything at The Grove School from recruiting and retaining outstanding students and first-class faculty to obtaining external support for our growing research activities.
