Drew Hopkins finished his Ph.D. in Anthropology at Columbia University. He teaches introductory courses on the Peoples and Cultures of Asia, the program’s core course on Contemporary China as well as courses in classical Chinese science and medicine, Chinese cinema, fast food culture in East Asia, etc.
