About Carolyn Lord
Carolyn Lord teaches the movement fundamentals of ballet as well as the basic concepts of its technically demanding system. Ballet developed as a theatrical art form while its technique became an internally logical and closed system. The principles of this system are taught with an eye to ballet’s history and its place in the current cultural landscape.
