How to Reapply
The Physician Assistant Program will no longer keep applications from previous admissions cycles on file. Individuals reapplying to the program must submit a new application, complete with updated supporting documents.
* Update the UAPC application. If you are a CURRENTLY ENROLLED CUNY student, your application fee may be waived.
* You may provide the SAME references from your previous application. References must be current.
Reminder: YOU MUST SUBMIT ALL MATERIALS AGAIN. This includes transcripts, reference forms and letters, release form, personal statement, picture, etc.
