The Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education White Coat Ceremony for the Class of 2013 will take place on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the Great Hall at City College.

White Coat Ceremonies usually occur in medical schools when students enter. In the Sophie Davis five-year BS-MD Program, the White Coat Ceremony takes place half-way through the third year, when students take Gross Anatomy.  From this point onward in the curriculum, all their courses are MED courses and they are considered medical students.
