The Master's Degree Program in Public Service Management
Welcome
City College's graduate program in Public Service Management (PSM) prepares students, particularly those from under-represented populations, for leadership in government at all levels and in the non-profit sector. The program awards a Master's Degree in Public Administration (MPA) and provides students with scholarships, tutoring, paid internships, and research fellowships.

This is a small program where students learn in a supportive environment with lots of individual attention from faculty.  Our graduates have gone on to jobs with the New York City Council, the Council of State Governments, the Harlem Children's Zone, the Harlem Education Activities Fund, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Henry Street Settlement.

Apply to the Program
Students interested in applying for admission to the PSM program should follow the step-by-step process outlined on the graduate admissions page of the City College Web site. The deadline for fall admissions has been extended to May 15th.  Students are not admitted to the program at other times. Go to admissions
